Brief introduction

A nitrogen generator with an air compressor is a device that generates nitrogen gas through gas separation technology. The core working principle is that air is first compressed by an air compressor and then stored in an air buffer tank. Next, the air is filtered through a filtration system to remove impurities such as oil, dust, and water. The filtered air is then subjected to freeze-drying treatment by a refrigerated dryer to further purify the air.

The purified compressed air enters the nitrogen production device and first deeply removes the remaining oil and water through an integrated high-efficiency filter. Subsequently, air enters the adsorption tower filled with carbon molecular sieve, where oxygen and nitrogen are separated. The adsorption tower utilizes the adsorption characteristics of carbon molecular sieves to adsorb oxygen, thereby obtaining high-purity nitrogen gas.

The produced nitrogen is then sent to the nitrogen buffer tank and tested by a nitrogen analyzer and metered by a flow meter. Unqualified nitrogen will be released, while qualified nitrogen will be stored in nitrogen storage tanks for production use.

In addition, the nitrogen generator with an air compressor also adopts a specially designed compressed air micro-oil adsorber to adsorb residual oil in the compressed air, prevent possible trace oil infiltration, and provide protection for the carbon molecular sieve.
