PSA nitrogen generator is an advanced gas separation technology that uses high-quality carbon molecular sieve as an adsorbent and uses PSA at normal temperature to separate air to produce high purity nitrogen. According to the different diffusion rates of oxygen and nitrogen on the surface of molecular sieve and the difference of selective adsorption of nitrogen and oxygen by carbon molecular sieve, oxygen and nitrogen can be separated and nitrogen can be made continuously under PSA. PSA oxygen and nitrogen technology, easy to use, safe and reliable, low cost, is a kind of industrial production of oxygen with high-cost performance.

Gas diffusion device:
Original airflow diffuser: The compressed air is forcibly diverted to a surface diffusion mode to avoid the airflow dead angle and tunneling effect, and improve the utilization rate of adsorbent and nitrogen production.
The conventional two gas diffusers are easy to produce dead angles of gas flow, resulting in the inability of the adsorbent to be fully utilized, and it is easy to cause the pulverization and tunneling reaction of the adsorbent, which directly affects the nitrogen quality and the life of the adsorbent.
