Working principle

This equipment uses palladium carbon fiber as a deoxidizer and utilizes the deoxygenation characteristics of carbon fiber to react impurity oxygen in nitrogen with carbon fiber. After cooling and other processes, high-quality gas with a purity of 99.9995% or higher is obtained.

Precautions for use:

1. Ensure that the equipment is installed in a well-ventilated, dry and clean environment;

2. Regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment should be carried out, including replacing adsorbents, palladium catalysts, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life;

3. It is necessary to operate and use the equipment according to its requirements to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by mis operation or overload operation.

4. The regenerated gas is discharged into a safe outdoor area.
