Product Introduction
Membrane separation nitrogen production technology utilizes the
characteristic of different gases passing through membranes at
different velocities to separate air.
Among various nitrogen production methods, membrane separation
nitrogen production is widely used in many industrial fields due to
its small volume, light weight, wide applicability, high separation
efficiency, and ease of maintenance.
The complete membrane separation nitrogen production equipment
consists of an air compressor, an air treatment system, a membrane
separation nitrogen production system, a nitrogen pressurization
system, a central control system, a modular box, and auxiliary
devices.
Adopting PRISM membrane separation for nitrogen production process
and technology;
➣ Split pry structure, with the entire set of equipment installed
and fixed inside the container;
Low pressure nitrogen pry includes: air compressor unit, air
treatment and membrane separation nitrogen production unit, central
control room, and oil tank;
High pressure nitrogen pry includes: booster unit, diesel
generator, local control system, toolbox, fuel tank, etc;
➣ Can meet the output of four different construction conditions and
leave corresponding outlet joints and valves;
➣ Can meet the normal operation in remote areas, without external
power supply, and without external power supply;
Reasonable layout, meeting the requirements of vehicle loading and
road transportation;
➣ Meet the requirements of high wind and sand conditions in the
wild and fire and explosion prevention in oil and gas fields.
